Professor John Ruggie, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) on transnational corporations and other Business enterprises is currently preparing his final report to the UN Human Rights Council, due in June 2011. The report will include Guiding Principles for the implementation of the “Protect, Respect and Remedy” Framework. Palestinian civil society comments on the proposals identify areas of the draft Guiding Principles which require urgent attention.
