[Globes] - The deals include an option to increase the orders by 80%.

Armored and rescue vehicle company Hatehof Ltd. (TASE:THF) reported today that it received final approval for several recently announced deals.

The value of the deals is NIS 320 million.

Hatehof will supply the special vehicles this year and in 2010. The deals include an option to increase the orders by 80%, in which case additional deliveries will be in 2011 and 2012.

[Globes] - The contracts were won by VSI, a joint venture of Elbit and Rockwell Collins.

An Elbit Systems Ltd. joint venture with Rockwell Collins has received several new contracts, with a total value of more than $54.1 million, for electronics systems for the F-35 aircraft.

The venture, Vision Systems International, LLC (VSI), signed deals with Lockheed Martin Corporation, for the delivery of 52 F-35 Helmet Mounted Displays and 30 additional aircraft systems.

Israel will make its 24th appearance at the Paris Air Show - Le Bourget that will open its centenary exhibition on June 15. 18 Israeli companies and organizations will participate, 12 of them at the Israel Chalet organized by the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute at a cost of NIS 6 million. Six companies will have their own stands.
