Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire Calls for Divestment from Israel

The Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire has recently passed a resolution to support the call for divestment from corporations that allow and profit from the Israeli occupation of Palestine. The resolution intends to increase awareness of the companies that actively participate in the oppression of Palestine, and to divest from these companies.

European Parliament suspends the vote on the upgrade of EU – Israel relations

"Israel IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW" - The European Parliament (EP) today postponed the vote on the proposal by the EU Commission and Council for the draft recommendation to conclude a Protocol to the EU-Israel Association Agreement and on the general principles governing the State of Israel's participation in Community programmes.

 

The vote was originally scheduled for Thursday, December 4, in the EP in Brussels.

Un General Assembly President Calls for BDS against Israeli Apartheid State

(link to video below)-Father Miguel D'Escoto Brockman, President of the UN General Assembly, stressed that Israel is an Apartheid State, and called on the UN and its member states to follow civil society's lead in implementing Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions on Israel until it complies with international law.
