The "Canadian BDS Coalition", "BDS Boston" and "Comité BDS-ULB" are not part of the BDS movement, led by the Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC). The BNC has asked the groups to remove BDS from their names.
The BDS movement warns all partners, supporters, social media followers, and media outlets about rogue groups that are not affiliated with the BDS movement yet are using the BDS name without consent from the movement’s leadership, the Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC), the largest Palestinian coalition. Comité de Solidariedade com a Palestina was set up in 2007 with the aim of supporting, from Portugal, the struggle for independence and freedom of the Palestinian people. We have made BDS campaigns a priority, as we believe they are the most effective tools for isolating Israel and dismantling the apartheid and oppressive regime imposed on the Palestinians.
