Campaign: No tech for apartheid
CISCO
Cisco’s complicity in Israel’s crimes of apartheid and genocide is well documented through its illegal operations in illegal settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT), discriminatory policies, long-standing partnership with the Israeli military, and serial acquisitions of Israeli companies complicit in human rights violations. Cisco knowingly provides Israel with technology that is deployed in its grave human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.
Palestinians call for increased pressure on the tech companies powering Israel’s occupation and Gaza genocide that also enable ICE violence in the US.
Tech companies and weapons manufacturers have long colluded with Israel’s regime of settler-colonialism, apartheid and military occupation, using Palestine as a testing ground for militarized and surveillance technologies. Now, these militarized technologies are being exported globally– including to the United States to enable Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) violence in the heart of empire.

End UN Partnership with Genocide-Enabling Tech in “AI for Good” Conference and Regulate AI and Cloud as Dual-Use Technology
Palestinian civil society and solidarity organizations worldwide strongly condemn the United Nations International Telecommunication Union’s (ITU) shameful partnership in its so-called “AI for Good” summit with tech companies, particularly Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Cisco, Oracle, and IBM, that, in providing cloud infrastructure and AI technologies to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, are deeply complicit in atrocity crimes (including apartheid and genocide).
Part (2b): US tech companies begin to shut down Israel operations
Investing in Israel, a 75-year-old settler colony that imposes apartheid on Indigenous Palestinians has always been unethical and illegal. It is becoming financially reckless as well. #ShutDownNation
